Abraham & Gaffney, PC was established in 1991 when Dale Abraham, managing principal responsible for business and tax services, merged with Michael Gaffney. Although the name has stayed the same since 1991, new partners have been added as we've grown. Partners are Eric Glashouwer in 2003, James Huguelet in 2020, Gary Osepchuk in 2022 and Eric Poisson in 2025. Abraham & Gaffney now consists of over 15 skilled professionals, including five principals and several Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) who are here to assist you with all your accounting and business needs. Currently we have offices in St. Johns and East Lansing Michigan.
